【GANTZ-殺戮都市】打敗同檔好萊塢大片拿下票房冠軍
日本票房巨星松山研一為演活原著主角 特地進行密集健身訓練
改編自全球暢銷漫畫的日本科幻動作鉅獻【GANTZ-殺戮都市】不但在美國上映開出好票房，上週六於日本全國410個影廳上映亦以兩天就創下近六億日幣的好票房奪下當周票房冠軍，打敗同檔上映的好萊塢強檔大片《超危險特工》（RED）。而在星光熠熠的東京首映會上，男主角二宮和也與松山研一受到台下影迷的熱情尖叫與支持，而當首映會接近尾聲時，電影中的精隨-巨大黑球《GANTZ》也突然出現於觀眾席中，令全場影迷氣氛瞬間沸騰。本片即將於3月18日在台灣盛大上映，續集亦即將於5月上映，
日前才於美國上映的【GANTZ-殺戮都市】不但讓兩位男主角感受到海外影迷的熱情，電影好評口碑更是不斷。導演佐籐信介表示，影片從籌備開拍到製作完成共花費了2年半的時間，現在看到影片終於上映，令他激動得難以言喻。而為了能更加貼近原著中角色的模樣，男主角之一的松山研一在開拍前就開始進行專門的肌肉健身訓練，他說：『既然決定由我來演出這個這麼重要的角色，那我就應該投入百分百的熱情，因此必須要健身來展現好身材，也希望各位影迷會喜歡。』
劇情描述主角玄野計（二宮和也 飾）某日在地鐵月台巧遇多年未見的小學好友加籐勝（松山研一 飾），在充滿正義感的加籐請求下，兩人冒險搭救一名摔落鐵軌的醉漢，卻不幸慘遭電車輾斃。
但在死亡的瞬間，玄野和加籐被傳送到一處從未見過的公寓房間，重獲新生的兩人發現房間內全都是臨死再生的人們，而這群人隨即被一顆名為「GANTZ」的神秘大黑球賦予獵殺「星人」的任務。為了回歸正常生活，兩人因而被迫加入一連串與外星人戰鬥的殺戮戰場及殘酷人性的血腥輪迴之中…
